In 2020 we decided to prioritize our patrons' health while also following a long time dream by purchasing a food truck!
You can now find us around town selling lunch or providing serious barbecue flavor to local festivals and events.

The Food
The food truck menu changes daily, but you're likely to find EJI crowd favorites like brisket, loaded nachos, pulled pork, and of course our famous sweet potato muffins.
